Debt recovery reporting and Collection Services

When your debtor is or will become insolvent, we can determine its current financial position through debt recovery reporting. Part of this investigation is their future prospect, will they cease their activities within a certain time-span or will assets or activities be taken over by a third party.
The combination of this information will give you some further insight in the way subject will be able to comply to his payment duties in the near future.
Additionally we will indicate if there are still sufficient assets available (as a preparation research for debt collection).

Basic debt recovery report

Within this basic investigation, a brief overview will be given concerning the current general financial status of the company. This synopsis contains the registration details, the filed and obtained financial details, payment experiences, banker and a bankruptcy check.

Example report

Extended debt recovery report

In addition to the basic report, the extended report will give more detailed attention to the current financial status, equity structure, group structure, shareholders, real estate verification, seizures, specific trade experiences, bank references as well as possible causes and explanations regarding certain aspects which came up during the investigation and require some further explanation considering their indistinctness.
Finally a review will be given of all assets traced during the investigation and their future's prospect.
